Where can I find info on the difference between different development versions (e.g. what's changed between 7.1RC1 and 7.1RC2)? The HISTORY file seems to only cover changes between releases (7.0.x - 7.1). And I don't really see any other files or pages on the website that specifically cover the differences. I perhaps could piece it together from CVS commits in the -commiters archives. If you look in the 'ChangeLogs' directory, you'll find changelogs detailing the changes between each beta, and each release candidate.
