maybe ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/dev/test-rpms/

I don't know, I've never tried them (using RH I prefer own compilation).

http://www.postgresql.org/sites.html has a list of mirrors try one of them near you and the RPMs should be in directory dev/test-rpms
