Обсуждение: Upgrade 6.5 to 7.0.3 or 7.1 beta?

I'm upgrading a rather large 6.5 installation (~ 4GB data) this weekend, and
would like some input on whether I should upgrade to 7.0.3 or to 7.1 beta.

I've used 7.0.3 on other less-loaded systems without problems so I'm
inclined to go with that. OTOH, due to the size of the data and the nature
of the application, I'd like to avoid a second pg_dump/initdb/restore when
we transfer to 7.1.

Any ideas or tips to smooth the transition?

Would you care for some input on your timing?

Waiting a week or two and upgrading to 7.1 would probably be your best
bet ...  I'd have said "7.1 beta is fine" this morning, but right now
it seems like we still have a couple bugs to squash.
