The following bug has been logged online: Bug reference: 4773 Logged by: Arvind S Email address: arvindwill@gmail.com PostgreSQL version: 8.1 Operating system: Cent OS Description: Logging error Details: I set log_min_duration_statement to 10000 and restart the postgres. But when i check the tail to log i am getting all queries. please tell is it bug ? i have log_statement = all . is there any relation between this and min_duaration?

The queries you are seeing are from log_statement = all. The output of log_min_duration_statement would be showing you times as well as queries.
