Details:

When I try to creat my user account the installation aborts and this message
comes:
User`postgres`could not be created: Acces Denied!

dont know what to do.

Hola, cuando creas el usuario estas como administrador?, el servidor con
sistema de archivos NTFS que es?
porque instalar 8.03?
