Did you know that the PostgreSQL General lists get slightly more
traffic levels/month than the MySQL lists?

Check out
http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.db.mysql.general
http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.db.postgresql.general

and the developer lists too..

http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.db.mysql.devel
http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.db.postgresql.devel.general

Best Regards, Simon Riggs

It means that we have higher quality users that actually respond to
virtually every question that is asked.

Seriously, the level of support that you get from the PostgreSQL mailing
lists is exceptional compared to many others. That's a good motivation
to post.

We get loads of MySQL users in #postgresql as well, because they cannot
get good SQL answers in #mysql :)
