My archiving is failing on the master with the following error, any help would be much appreciated:
The failed archive command was: rsync -a pg_xlog/00000003000002A00000004B.0000CD40.backup postgres@dbase1:/data/postgres/master_walf/00000003000002A00000004B.0000CD40.backup

I would check the file and directory permissions.

Also, if you are using a script/program for this, having set -x and checking program logs might help too.
