2 questions: Installation And DB runtime creation

Hi,
i have the questions as in object:

How can i install Postgres in a novice user's PC, without manual inserting
by user of parameters requested during the tipical installation?

After this, how can i create my DB silent-runtime in that PC?
...createdb, yes, but without to ask any password.

I tried this:
c:\programmi\PostgreSQL\8.0\bin\createdb -U postgres -E UNICODE Example

but it opens always a shell with password promt.
