GRANT fails where user name includes hyphen

This bug is still present in 6.4:

  template1=> create user "www-data" nocreatedb nocreateuser;
  CREATE USER

  bray=> grant select on country to "www-data";
  ERROR:  aclparse: mode flags must use "arwR"

Is there any chance of its being fixed for 6.4.1?
