A similar issue has been reported in https: //github.com/pgdg-packaging/pgdg-rpms/issues/119.
There is also a report on pgsql-pkg-yum.

The email posted to pgsql-pkg-yum mentions the cause of this issue and states that no workaround has been found at this
time.
In addition, the same problem occurs on AlmaLinux 9 (I also confirmed it in my environment).
