(I'm behind on my reading so I apoligize if this has already been suggested.) How about adding mailing lists pgsql-api and pgsql-api-digest? In this whay, whenever one of us writes a message giving information on an API, we can simply mail a copy of it to the mailing list. I know I have described useful information a number of times about java-libpq but I've never gotten around to putting the info in the mailing list. :( Later on, the archives from this list could be used to write a fairly comprehensive how-to.
