In LogicalParallelApplyLoop(), we introduced the new wait event WAIT_EVENT_LOGICAL_PARALLEL_APPLY_MAIN whereas it is practically waits a shared message queue and it seems to be same as WAIT_EVENT_MQ_RECEIVE.
