Incase you're upgrading PHP-4.x & PgSQL-7.2

if you get the error:

Undefined symbol... pg_encoding_to_char

when trying to load the PHP Apache module, make sure to compile PostgreSQL
with --enable-multibyte. first time i saw that problem from the PHP &
PgSQL combo.
