No, you need to write new template, which efficiently works with
big lists and support case insensitive comparison.
 CREATE TEXT SEARCH TEMPLATE biglist (  ..... );
 CREATE TEXT SEARCH DICTIONARY my_diction (    TEMPLATE = biglist,    DictFile = words,    case_sensitive =  true );
