Thanks but, again an error:

test=# CREATE FUNCTION dropfunc(text) RETURNS integer AS '
test'#         BEGIN;
test'#                 EXECUTE ''DROP FUNCTION'' $1;
test'#                 SELECT 1;
test'#         END;
test'# '
test-# LANGUAGE SQL;
ERROR:  parser: parse error at or near "EXECUTE"
test=#
