help me

Dear sir:

  I have some problem while I install the Postgresql. The version is
6.5.3, I download it several day ago. The operating system is Red
Hat Linux release 6.0 (Hedwig), Kernel 2.2.5-15 on an i686, my hardware is
PC PII 233,  I have complie it, but it can't get pass and show following
message:

BTW, I just download postgresql-6.5.3.tar.gz.
