I'm wonder if it is possible to limit number of processes running at the
same time
My situation is, I use postgres with php as module of Apache. We have not
too fast machine, and it has only 48MB RAM, so it would be good to limit
number of simultanous processes (some kind of mechanism used in Apache).
I'm also wonder of experiences of Yours with problems near to mine.TIARem
