Support for PostgreSQL v9.2 ended in September 2017:

Also, it's listed with a warning icon on the Confluence Supported Platforms documentation, so they don't recommend it

I would strongly recommend that you upgrade to PostgreSQL v9.6, which is the latest version supported by both the
PostgreSQLcommunity and Confluence.
