Unstable isolation timeouts regression test on NetBSD?

Hi, hackers

While reviewing the thread [0], I looked at the Cirrus CI noticed a failure
in one of the isolation tests (timeouts) [1].

I re-ran the tests with the same patch and everything passed.

So the failure in that particular CI build appears to have been
flaky/infrastructure-related rather than caused by the patch itself.
