trigger not showing up in phpPgAdmin

Any body have any troubles with triggers not being listed in phpPgAdmin? I can create this one
particular trigger, and drop it, and it works, but it never shows up in phpPgAdmin. What's the
command line statement to list triggers?

I will also take this to the phpPgAdmin list.
