how can i pass the user and password in single statement

Hi

I want to run a .sql file through a batch file  such as below

psql -f C:\test\test.sql testdb postgres

when I run this batch file the, command prompt will request for  db password, so my problem is how can I pass the password value in a single statement of psql command

please any body help in this regard
