Create user is requiring an Expiration Date.
What is the function at oid 948 named varchar really supposed to be
doing? Whatever it is I don't think it's succeeding.
And I'll ask about creating a lower/upper function for varchar once
more. Everything that I try either produces incorrect results or a core
