Is it getting confused by the 0 in 192.168.0.100? (shot in the dark I know)
Does
host all 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 trust
work?
Is an earlier bit of script causing the later one not to be read? Maybe
start clean.
Access 97 does work with PostgreSQL
Just some thoughts,
