Fixing couple issues with some of the nodes.

* Added 'catalog' as parent type for the domain, procedure nodes.
* Proper initialization of the FTS Configuration, FTS Parser, FTS
  Dictionary, FTS Template Nodes.
* Proper Indentation in collection.js
