Probrem when select data with large objects

When I try select with large objects (type BYTE), select not work. And I see this message:
"Backend message type 0x00 arrived while idle" or "Backend message type 0x44 arrived while idle".
I am use lib Qt3.2.3, that use to connect to database via libpq.
