I have tried to install pgadmin latest version and the program is not supported.

 

Kindly let us which pgadmin version is compatible with the window version I am using.

From the screenshot it seems you are using pgadmin version 7.x.

Kindly upgrade to latest 8.3 which can be downloaded from here.
