Overall I'm ok with this patch. I'd recommend striking the first sentence of the description as that creates an additional maintenance burden on maintaining each active version on this page. We've kept the root "Downloads" page version agnostic for this reason. I'd recommend the attached patch.

I agree that having the PostgreSQL versions in the description will be a maintenance overhead. I also think that we can keep the first sentence without involving version strings (the sentence has its own importance in terms of showcasing the product).
