You're welcome to send PRs. You can pick any backend related tickets (considering Python and SQL) from here - https://github.com/pgadmin-org/pgadmin4/issues.
Once you pick, you can add the comment to the ticket that you'll be working on it.

I've used PGAdmin a majority of my time at this company for our microservice databases, so I would also love to help out.My skill set lies in SQL + PSQL, but I also have experience with Python.
