How about changing it to a wiki redirect:
#REDIRECT[[YUM Installation]]
(aka https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/YUM_Installation )
As far as I can tell, the YUM instructions are current, and have been
recently edited by a number of folks, some of which this is their sole
edit.
