[ANNOUNCE] 2ndQuadrant announces the release of Barman version 2.1

05 JANUARY 2017: 2ndQuadrant announces the release of Barman version
2.1, a Backup and Recovery Manager for PostgreSQL.

This minor release fixes a few bugs. It also introduces the --archive
option to the switch-xlog command, in order to help users during the
installation process of a new server.
