[pgsql-pkg-yum] PRE-release pgRouting 2.5.0-rc

Hello All.

We have moved to PRE-release 2.5.0-rc and It is
ready for testing. (only documentation fixes were done)

You can download from:
https://github.com/pgRouting/pgrouting/releases/tag/v2.5.0-rc

Remember tests have being done also with postgreSQL 10 (beta)

Next week, if nothing changes, the final 2.5.0 release will be done
