The main download page (https://jdbc.postgresql.org/download.html) has a bad link to the source code archive for the latest version 42.2.23: https://jdbc.postgresql.org/download/postgresql-jdbc-42.2.23.src.tar.gz

The target resource doesn't exist.

It can still be manually downloaded from the maven web site: https://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=org/postgresql/postgresql/42.2.23/postgresql-42.2.23-sources.jar
