Idea/request for enhancement:

Add the first() and last() aggregate functions to the main release (CREATE EXTENSION first_last_agg).

Use Case: PostgreSQL equivalent to Oracle's MAX(...) KEEP (DENSE_RANK FIRST/LAST ORDER BY ...)
