0001 - Jeff's patch from earlier today 0002 - Changing the parameter lists to <itemizedlist> to aid skim-ability 0003 - converting some of the deleted pg_set* tests into pg_restore* tests to keep the error coverage that they had.
Next I'm going to incorporate Tom's attnum change, the locale set, and the set-index-by-attnum changes.
