while at it. we can fix the appearance of jsonb null.

since
select jsonb 'Null';
select jsonb 'NULL';
will fail.

so maybe change
<replaceable>Null</replaceable> in <synopsis> section and
<replaceable>NULL</replaceable>
to
<replaceable>null</replaceable>
