Most browsers also have a "Downloads" item in their main menu (typically found at the right side of the main toolbar) that'll show you all of the files you downloaded using the browser.

I'd imagine that depends on your browser.... websites don't have control over that sort of thing, to my knowledge. Look in your browser settings and see where it is set to save downloads.
