postgis 2.1.4

I was running updates on my postgresql servers and noticed that postgis 2.1.4 has been out for almost a month, but there is no rpm in the pgdg93 repo.   I was wondering when postgis 2.1.4 might be available.

I'm not complaining, just curious.
