The lack of documentation is an oversight, which I'll fix for the next
release (which will be 9.2.2 now unfortunately). It is supposed to work
that way now though.

Only if you have a specific need to use a different service account (you'll
know if that's the case for you). For the vast majority of people,
NetworkService should be fine.
