After the instructions:
  1. cd /
  2. bunzip2 -c /tmp/cygipc-2.03-2.tar.tar | tar xvf -
  3. ipc-daemon2 &
I wrote:
   
    4.  initdb -D usr/local/posgresql/data -W -E LATIN1
 
and....
 
initdb:failed
initdb: removing data directory "usr/share/postgresql/data"
 
Where is the error?
