But the path you have is:
/usr/local/libxml2/include/libxml2/libxml
and the included file is
libxml/parser.h
Put those together and you get:
/usr/local/libxml2/include/libxml2/libxml/libxml/parser.h
*not*
/usr/local/libxml2/include/libxml2/libxml/parser.h
