The nice thing about the ALTER TABLE statement is that you can do it
in one command:


ALTER TABLE foo
DROP CONSTRAINT your_constraint,
 ADD CONSTRAINT your_constraint FOREIGN KEY ...
              ON UPDATE CASCADE ON DELETE RESTRICT;
