alter-table.sgml and DEFAULT clause

Hi,

We seem to have forgotten to add the reference to DEFAULT clause
into the following syntax in alter-table.sgml. How about the attached
patch?

        ADD [ COLUMN ] column type [ column_constraint [ ... ] ]
