I'm trying to use pgaccess on a win2k machine.
But I keep getting the "couldn't load libray..." error when running main.tcl
I've copied the lipgtcl.dll and the libpg.dll to the c:\windows\system as
the documentation says but still no luck.
Can anybody help me?
