Server: Postgresql 8.4

Client: Win 7

 

I'm looking for a GUI tool to graphically make complex queries into SQL. I tried Pgadmin 3 but I couldn't connect, even though I can connect with psql 7.4.6 and Inet Clear Reports. I also don't have admin access to the Postgresql machine so I can't update the .conf files.

 

Any suggestions for a GUI client to make SQL from queries?
