I agree "Open in New Window" does not appear to work.

So how are you attempting to launch multiple instances?

I have no problem doing the following.

1. Double Click PgAdmin4 icon.

2. Wait for PgAdmin4 to open.

3. Double Click PgAdmin4 icon.

4. Wait for PgAdmin4 to open.

Check open icon in windows bottom and note two instances of PgAdmin4.

I have only one.

In the main window at the left top (see attached), when I right click on "pgAdmin 4" I see the menu item "Open in New Window".

When I click on the item, left or right, nothing happens.

When I click on item "Copy Link", I can use that link in Safari via cmd+V : a new window of PgAdmin is open.

I have my two windows of PgAdmin 4 working independently...

I suppose the action on item "Open in New Window" is not or badly implemented.

I am not PgAdmin support, but I have no problem creating two instances 

of PgAdmin4 V1.1 in Windows 10.

Perhaps if you provided your O/S, exact version of PgAdmin 4 and how you attempt to 

create multiple instances, it would be more helpful.

I like to have simultaneously launched  more than one instance (each in one window) of one application.
That is very usefull to switch from one to other window.

I did not find that possibilty in PgAdmin IV ?
