Subject: [ODBC] Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 998 (PostgreSQL).
Any one have any idea what causes this?
I tested the connx odbc driver yesterday (my connection string worked prior to this test).
I am able to connect using a dsn, but my regular connection string does not use dsn.
It used to work and is woking on other machines, so I must have some issue, but I reloaded postgres.
