When doing some "customized" builds i've just realized that the SPEC files
for at least PostgreSQL 9.1 and 9.2 on EL-5/EL-6 miss to exclude
%{pgbaseinstdir}/share/extension/uuid-ossp* when disabling uuid-ossp. This
breaks building the RPM.
Attached is a small patch which does what i needed to get it properly build
for all my required releases (well, F-19 wasn't on this list, but i did it
for completeness) in case anyone wants to adapt.
