A new class was added to "PHP Classes" repository.

Name: PGSQL_Connection

Description:
PGSQL_Connection is one class to 'select, insert, update and delete'
registers from PostgreSQL databases. It has functions to create log files
and other operations.


Important: This class work with PGSQL_Login class.
