Hi there!

PostgresConf South Africa 2019 will take place at The Wanderers Club in Johannesburg on 8 & 9 October 2019, with the 8th being the main conference day and a day of tutorials and workshops on the 9th.

The call for papers is open and we encourage you to submit a talk or tutorial session (or both). Any topic that relates to PostgreSQL will be considered, such as, but not limited to:
 - Case studies (how you use PostgreSQL)
 - Maintenance aspects
 - Replication and high-availability
 - Backups and disaster recovery
 - PostgreSQL internals
 - Upcoming features
 - Performance tuning
 - Tools and utilities
 - DB Migration
 - DevOps and Continuous Integration with PostgreSQL
 - Beginner topics on getting started with PostgreSQL

Talks are not restricted to speakers only from South Africa, but is open to anyone around the world.
