Moderation coverage

Just to let everyone know I'll be doing a lot of travelling and 
visiting the next couple weeks, so my moderation will be very 
sparse. Judging by the amount of unmoderated posts, the only 
lists I currently cover that may need additional watching by 
other people are -general and -announce. Perhaps -interfaces 
as well, but that's so low volume it's hard to tell. I should 
be back to normal duties January 4th or so.
